The clubhouse is located on the highest point of the property and the comfortable porch overlooks the 10th and 18th holes. Designed with the sensibility of a fine private estate, it is the embodiment of understated elegance and comfort.
The Old Chatham boardroom has an intimate, comfortable feel, and is generally referred to as “the library.” It is equipped with Wi-Fi, conference call capability, and a 42-inch television. The doors of the library can be left open or closed for meetings. Beverages or full meal service can always be provided in the library. There is no charge for usage of the library, and reservations are made simply by calling the pro shop.
Full time locker room attendants tend to members’ needs, keeping shoes cleaned, making drinks and doling out cigars. The rainforest showers are as functional as they are enjoyable. All toiletries are provided.
The outstanding services and food in the grill make Old Chatham the perfect place for a casual or business lunch. There are no outside events allowed in the clubhouse, however there is a nice range of social gatherings for members and their guests to enjoy. Wine tastings, dinner parties, author signings and golf personality talks are among the monthly social offerings.
The cozy grill room seats up to 40 people, with additional seating on the back porch. Serving breakfast and lunch daily, the menu offers a delicious variety of entrees and specials. The sirloin chili and bacon-lettuce-avocado-tomato sandwich are member favorites.
Thursday evening cookouts, wine tastings, holiday brunch, and a nice variety of events throughout the year offer the opportunity to socialize and enjoy the comfortable elegance of the Club.
