Fritsch looking to return to PGA Tour after wild end to 2014

Brad Fritsch stood in eighth place at the Wyndham Championship in August. He was set to post his best finish ever in 47 tournaments on the PGA Tour. A top-150 finish would keep Fritsch’s Tour status, but if he were to miss the mark, he would be back on the Tour. Fritsch tied for eighth in the tournmanet, but missed the top 150 by just one point. He has spent time on the Tour before, but helping him progress in his 30’s has been his coach Patrick Kelley and caddie Jeff Scott. Kelley is the PGA Tour instructor at Old Chatham Golf Club in Durham and has worked with many professionals. Fritsch’s next goal is to finish in the top 25 this season and return to the PGA tour. “Q-School has taught me a lot about winning,” said Fritsch who is yet to win a tournament in 176 events on all three Tour circuits he has played on. “Playing my game, playing the course and just staying in the moment.” Click here to read more about Fritsch’s story on WRAL.
